Abstract

Due to variability of government projects in the Russian Far East, the necessity to move from old paradigm of hierarchy development to new net collaboration model seems quite acute. The  examples  of  technology  leaders  and  their  results  due  to  innovation  collaboration  net
work proves the impact on economic growth. The new model of decision making is presented to visualize the vectors of development of the territories of special economic status to express the importance of the new system of communication set.
